Oncue Collective – Program Disclosures & Policies
Oncue Collective is an independent community theater group and is not currently a registered business entity or accredited performing arts institution. All workshops and performances are offered for recreational, educational, and enrichment purposes only.
Participation in any Oncue Collective program requires a completed registration form, emergency contact information, and a signed liability waiver. By enrolling, participants (and their parent/guardian, if under 18) acknowledge and accept all associated risks related to movement-based group activities.
This program is not a childcare service. Parents/guardians are responsible for participants before and after scheduled workshop times.
Photography and video recording may occur during workshops and performances for promotional and archival purposes. Participation indicates consent unless otherwise communicated in writing prior to the event.
All performances are free and open to the public. Seating is first-come, first-served and cannot be guaranteed.
Oncue Collective reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, programming, and casting as needed. We also reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive, without refund (if applicable).
Participants should be prepared to engage in light physical activity and collaborative group work. For the safety of all involved, please do not attend if experiencing symptoms of illness.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Workshop registration fees help cover staffing, materials, rehearsal planning, venue costs, and program preparation. Because of this, refunds are limited once enrollment is confirmed.
Participant Cancellations
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the start of a program may receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before the program start date may receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the program are non-refundable.
Missed Workshops
We are unable to provide refunds or credits for:
- Missed workshops
- Last Minute Scheduling conflicts
- Voluntary withdrawal after the program begins
Medical or Emergency Circumstances
We understand emergencies happen. Refund requests related to illness, injury, or family emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of The Oncue Collective. Please reach out to use: theoncuecollective@gmail.com
Program Changes or Cancellation
The Oncue Collective reserves the right to:
- Adjust schedules, instructors, or programming as needed
- Cancel or reschedule workshops due to low enrollment, venue issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
If a program is canceled by The Oncue Collective, participants will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- Credit toward a future program
Removal from Program
The Oncue Collective reserves the right to remove a participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. Refunds in these situations are not guaranteed and will be reviewed individually.
